Mentor Program

Do you need a mentor?

The Catalyst Mentoring Program is designed to provide ventures with the counsel they need to accelerate their progress and create success.

Ventures participating in the Catalyst Mentoring Program will be selected to work with appointed mentor(s) for a six-month period. To be considered for selection, companies must complete an assessment form and interview with the Catalyst team, or otherwise demonstrate sufficient progress with their ventures to warrant acceptance into the Catalyst Mentoring Program.

Mentors are typically successful, established entrepreneurs and seasoned business executives who are interested in contributing their expertise and time to assist promising enterprises.

Mentors work with the company on several strategic issues during the six-month mentoring period. Strategic issues to be addressed during the mentoring period may include:

• Management team selection and development
• Technology and intellectual property
• Sales and marketing
• Production/manufacturing
• Strategic alliances and partnerships
• Financial structure and capitalization
• Specific problems and challenges
